We have put together a guide to help you get the most of your exhibiting experience at the expo.

Information

set up times#

Set up & pack down times 

 

Booth Set-up:

Begins on Thursday, August 10th, starting at 9 am. All exhibitors must complete their set-up by 6 pm on the same day.

 

Booth Pack-down:

Booth pack-down: Takes place on Sunday, August 13th, starting from 4 pm to 7 pm. Please note that exhibitors must strictly adhere to our terms and conditions, and early pack down is not permitted.

 

Tiny House Display Set-up:

Tiny Houses on display will be moved inside the building by Tiny Towing Solutions from Tuesday, August 8th (afternoon) and all tiny houses will be in position by Wednesday, August 9th. This allows you all day Thursday to build decking, stairs, staging, etc. Each tiny house will have a designated set-up time for it to be moved from the oval carpark into the building, facilitated by Tiny Towing Solutions. It is crucial that your tiny house arrives at the venue by the specified time we issue you to ensure a smooth set-up process. If your tiny house does not arrive on time, we cannot guarantee placement on your designated site. In such cases, we may have to allocate you an alternate site.

Tiny House Display Pack-down:

Tiny House Pack-down: Tiny house displays will be removed from the building on Sunday 13th August from 5 pm and can remain onsite in the oval carpark until Monday, August 14th for collection between 6 am and 2 pm.

Accommodation

 

We have worked with Quest Newmarket (7 minute drive from the Auckland Showgrounds) to offer all exhibitors their corporate rates for those attending the expo).

  • Studio Room $210 inc gst per night.

  • 1 Bedroom Unit $225inc gst per night.

Exhibitor Inductions

Everyone working on your site MUST complete our online induction before visiting the venue.

When you login to tickbox (we have previously sent you at email to start your induction, it could have going into a spam folder), click on the staff tab to add in your staff and invite them to complete their own inductions.

Deliveries can arrive onsite from 9th August 2023. Please Label any deliveries. All deliveries should be addressed to the following location:

Please ensure that deliveries are appropriately labeled.
If you are delivering a tiny house, please use gate 1 for entry.

Discounted Tickets
