Frequently asked questions
Can I stick things to the walls of my booth?
What are the set-up & pack-down times?
How many site passes do I get?
Each Exhibitor will recieve 4 site passes when they arrive to set-up. These passes give access to the expo but not the Conference and Tiny House Awards. Please check in with the team at the reception desk at the front of pavilion 3 to recieve your passes.
Can the size of my booth be altered?
If you need a bigger - or smaller – stand, please contact Sharla at email@example.com to request this. We may be able to make changes up until 1 month before the event date.
When will my booth be built?
Booth set-up is happening on Thursday and will be completed by 12noon. You will be able to access the site to start set-up from 1:00pm on Thursday 28th October.
Can I install a TV directly on to my exhibition system wall?
No, you would need a reinforced wall panel to help your booth support the weight – or a TV stand. A reinforced wall panel is a 5mm thick wooden panel which provides support to anything you want to hang on the wall. Exhibition system wall panels can hold a hanging item of up to 2kg in weight.
Can I display items outside my booth area?
No, for health and safety reasons you’re not allowed to expand beyond your stand area.
Can I apply graphics to my wall panels?
You can apply vinyl stickers or double sided tape directly to your wall, but no permanent fixings such as hooks, screws, nails or paint. All of our panels are reusable so we need to make sure they’re in top condition for the next exhibitor to use them.
Can I order additional items for my booth?
Yes, you can order power, wall mounted spotlights, tables & chairs, and speaking spots directly from your exhibitor portal. See example below.
Does my booth come with flooring?
Flooring in the indoor expo room is concrete. You are welcome to bring your own flooring to lay over the concerete during the expo.
Can I promote another business on my site?
No, only the business named on the site booking can be promoted on that site. That also means you cannot display signage or any marketing material for any other business, product, or materials. If you do get approached by other companies wanting to do this they need to book their own site at the expo.
We are in pavilion 3 which is the width from both yellow doors.
Booth walls will be made from corinthian panels. You can attach any items 2kgs and under to the walls using; hook (male) velcro, nails, drawing pins or less than 8 gauge screws. No blue-tac can be used. Walls are 2.3m high.
Temporary fencing will be used to section off the area.
This is an example of the fencing being used for the outdoor exhibitor village.
